About

The Hot Water Cleaning Unit was developed to eliminate the use of solvents, such as methylene chloride, in cleaning the mixing chamber of low-pressure polyurethane injection equipment and is presented in two versions: TUL-1 and TUL-2.

The TUL-1 Cleaning Unit consists of a 18L pressure tank with a heating system, pressure regulator, pressure gauge, relief valve, level indicator, and platinum probe. On the control panel, a thermostat allows setting the desired working temperature and displays the temperature on the digital display. It also performs the necessary commands to control the temperature at established levels. The hose system with heating, also temperature-controlled, keeps the water at the determined temperature until it reaches the mixing head.

The TUL-2 Unit features two pressure tanks with their respective pressure and temperature controls. This unit allows continuous operation with the hot water system. While the first tank is in use, the second tank keeps the water at the predetermined temperature, ready for use. When it is necessary to recharge the first tank, a selector valve is moved to deactivate the first tank and activate the second.

General Information

ENERGY SUPPLY: 220V (biphasic) or 380V (monophasic) / 60Hz
POWER: TUL-1 3.0 kW, TUL-2 4.5 kW
