This equipment was designed for the resin injection process. It supplies a continuous and precise flow of resin and catalyst that are mixed in the gun nozzle and injection tube. During the process, the resin and catalyst penetrate the mold, which may or may not have a gel coating, pushing air out of the holes on the surface of the mold.
As a result, parts are finished on both sides, reducing both raw material and labor costs.
The catalyst pump, which is connected to the resin pump through a slave arm, provides a resin volume ranging from 0.5% to 3%, depending on the position of the pump relative to the slave arm.
The solvent tank, mounted on the carriage, allows for cleaning of the pistol after use.
