About

The 100 Series features the AIRLESS CA-100G gel-coat application equipment, which employs an external mixing gun with an air-assisted airless combination and a unique air containment system.

The resin/gel-coat leaving the spray nozzle has a catalyst flow introduced immediately on both sides of the fan, completely penetrating the resin. The mixed material is then enveloped 360º by a shield of containing air.

The immediate introduction of the catalyst increases the amount of time the two are charged together, providing complete integration and mixing of the catalyst into the resin/gel-coat. The air shield also prevents free catalyst particles from escaping from the spray, leading to complete use of the dispensed catalyst and the virtual elimination of damage caused by free catalyst in the atmosphere.

The catalyst pump, built in stainless steel, dispenses an exact percentage of 0.5% to 4.5% of the resin volume, and is slaved to the 11:1 resin pump.

The equipment for applying gel-coat, the AIRLESS CA-100G MULTI, is a variable with the possibility of using it for different colors.

The AIRLESS CA-100GW units are available versions supplied without a carriage for wall mounting.
