T-7/2 LAB - POLYURETHANE INJECTOR & TPM-6/12 - STATIONARY MOLD HOLDER

Low-pressure polyurethane metering unit designed for laboratory use for formulation development, tooling adjustments, and pilot series production.

High dosing precision, variable proportions and flow rates, commands and controls through a programmable logic controller (PLC) allowing testing and development, with minimal waste due to the small volumetric capacity tanks.

Dosing Unit

  • Mixing cylinder head with pneumatic control
  • Dynamic mixing grid driven by electric motor
  • Measurement of each component through high-precision dosing pumps with independent actuation for each one
  • Speed variation controlled by frequency converters operated by a keyboard with digital rpm display
  • Constant recirculation of each component through pumps, mixing head, and material reservoirs
  • 20L jacketed and thermostatic component tanks with low-speed tank agitator
  • Controlled by a programmable logic controller (PLC) equipped with the latest generation microprocessor, condensing times (pre-injection, injection, cleaning cycle - pause/solvent/air), temperature control, providing statistical calculations for injection and washing, and functioning as a data concentrator
  • Two-line, sixteen-character LCD display showing alphanumeric messages as time control variables, temperature control, and mold to be injected
  • Synoptic panel with actuation keyboard, digital indication of material line pressure, visual indication of electro-mechanical components in use
  • Pressure indicator with safety contact to monitor injection and recirculation of each component line
  • Machine/mold holder interconnection and absolute encoder with an automatic reading of a certain mold holder position, quantity of molds, injection time, mold closing and opening time
  • Buttonhole on the mixing head for injection activation
  • Mast with rotation system and arm with pneumatic system for vertical movement control of the mixing cylinder head
  • Emergency cleaning auxiliary system

  • Optional version: with 12 positions (TPM - 12/24) or with 18 positions (TPM - 18/36)
  • Injection system from the inside of the mold holder
