About

The TS series was designed for polyurethane spraying, with a wide range of applications in thermal insulation for roofs, chambers, silos, and pipelines, as well as in the nautical and construction industries. It is a lightweight and highly mobile equipment that can be transported in trucks for field services.

The basic equipment in the series is supplied with dual-action pneumatic pumps, slaved to a single pneumatic motor, which move the components, polyol and isocyanate, separately in a fixed 1:1 volume ratio. Mixing is done inside the mixing chamber of the pneumatic gun, which has automatic air cleaning without solvent use.

Optional use of transfer pumps allows the equipment to work away from the raw material drums, while keeping the dosing pumps supplied constant.

Possibility of component tanks mounted on the equipment carriage.

HOSE: 1/4″ or 3/8″ internal diameter / 15 m
CONTROL: 3 temperature controls ( 1 iso / 1 polyol / 1 hoses) - 2 digital pressure control with safety cut-out
