About

The automatic injection system used for the production of serialized parts with a pre-programmed sequence finds significant application in the footwear, thermal bottles, and filters for the automotive industry.

It has three basic stages of movement: initial/resting point, pre-injection point (when advancing), and cleaning (when returning), and injection point.

Capability to program up to 20 (twenty) different basic injections and mandatory stop programming for cleaning.

Designed for injection at a specific point, multiple points, or even in continuous form when the head is moving over the mold, it can be coupled to the carousel or conveyor depending on the application.

The system allows for the use of multi-component heads for dual density or multi-color heads.
