For over 20 years, this has been the equipment in the FRP industry. Virtually used in the production of all types of reinforced plastic parts, it comes with a sturdy internal mixing gun and a high-performance glass cutter, coupled to the gun, with directional adjustment to control the glass direction.
The 5.5-liter catalyst injector atomizes the catalyst in the injector and has an output of 10 to 180 cc/min.
The resin pump (ratio 4:1) is double-acting, extremely safe, requiring low maintenance. Impeller chamber, filter, and pneumatic motor lubricator are standard components.
The air distributor, with pressure regulators and air filter, is arranged on the equipment boom, with easy access.
Roving brake, ceramic guides, and rack for two roving boxes are built into the arm set.
