T7/2S - PU SHOE SOLE INJECTION MACHINE
This unit has been specially designed for the production of shoe soles using polyurethane systems that require complete and careful operation control. The use of high-precision components allows for accurate control of the desired ratio and flow rate, and the rotating arm system enables injection at each mold set station.
Features
Mixing Cylinder Head
- For two components with pneumatic control valve
- Mechanical mixing grid with an approximate speed of 7000 rpm, driven by an electric motor
- Automatic solvent and air flow for cleaning and drying the mixing unit, with timers for cycle control
Dosing Unit
- Measurement of each component using high-precision gear pumps driven by the motor system, allowing for variable volumetric ratio and continuous flow variation
- Motor speed controlled by frequency converters with a digital RPM display keyboard
- Constant recirculation of each component through the pump, temperature conditioning unit, mixing head, and material reservoir
- Heating is achieved by immersing electric resistance circuits in the water circuit in the material reservoirs
Machine Controls
- Digital multitimer condensing 20 injection timers, pre-injection timer, and containing cleaning cycle functions (pause/solvent/air)
- Digital thermostats for accurate component temperature control
- Pressure switches for recirculation and injection pressure control with safety system
- Digital tachometers with pumping speed control
- Mixing cylinder head keyboard for injection activation
- Tank agitator
- Rotational mast and pneumatic system for vertical arm movement
