T-3/2 – POLYURETHANE INJECTION MACHINE & TM-3/12203 – 3-AXIS MANIPULATOR
High-precision polyurethane dosing unit with automated process specially developed for the production of parts where precise and pre-programmed distribution over the mold is made on a strict path, eliminating operator error. Depending on the polyurethane system, it is widely used in the production of parts for the automotive industry, filters, gasket molding, electrical panel seals, and technical parts.

Dosing Unit
- Mixing cylinder head with pneumatic control
- Dynamic mixer and mixing chamber with anti-drip closure
- Measurement of each component by means of high-precision dosing pumps with independent drive for each one
- Controlled speed variation through frequency converters operated by keyboard with digital rpm display
- Constant recirculation of each component through pumps, temperature conditioning unit, mixing head, and material reservoir
- Component tanks with low-speed tank agitator
- Controlled by a programmable logic controller (PLC) equipped with state-of-the-art microprocessor, condensing times (pre-injection, cleaning cycle - pause/solvent/air), temperature control, providing statistical calculations, and functioning as a data concentrator
- Two-line, sixteen-character LCD display showing alphanumeric messages such as time and temperature control variables
- Pressure indicator with safety contact to monitor injection and recirculation of each component line
- Process start and emergency buttons on the manipulator structure
2 and 3-axis Manipulator
- Two or three-axis manipulator for positioning and interpolation of the two or three axes to perform the injection path
- Programmable longitudinal, transverse course via CNC for XY axes or programmable longitudinal, transverse, and vertical course via CNC for XYZ axes
- Portal-type structure with fixed table
- Linear guides for the two or three axes
- Driven by servo motors and servo drives
- Electrical cabinet equipped with CNC, control panel with display or video, with linear and circular programming and interpolation and with other components for interlocking with the electro-electronic system
- Software for programming and controlling the manipulator and interlocking with the polyurethane dosing unit
