About

LOW-PRESSURE POLYURETHANE INJECTOR

The T-15/2P is a portable, lightweight and highly maneuverable equipment developed for polyurethane injection for thermal insulation and packaging.

  • Electropneumatic control
  • With recirculation
  • Mixing through static mixers
  • Manual washing
  • Connected to the equipment by flexible hoses with a length of 7 meters

Dosing Unit

  • Constant recirculation of components through pumps to the gun and return to tanks
  • Gear dosing pumps driven by individual motors controlled by frequency converters with operation keypad and digital RPM display, for adjusting the component ratio and flow rate change
  • Component tanks with a capacity of 30 liters each
  • Solvent tank with a capacity of 8 liters

Controls

  • A digital timer for automatic injection control
  • Pressure switches for component lines with safety contact
  • Regulator and pressure gauge for solvent tank

  • Injection: up to 15kg/min
