LOW-PRESSURE POLYURETHANE INJECTION MACHINE
Polyurethane injection equipment is used to dose and mix two or more liquid components in a precise weight ratio with controlled temperature. The mixture of components is poured into a mold and the result of the chemical reaction (polymerization) involves the transition from liquid to solid state, with typically an expansion in the volume of the mixture, which completely fills the mold. For each type of foam there is a limited injection time, which must be done before the mixture enters the pre-polymerization stage, so as not to have adverse effects on the quality of the final product. Knowing the weight of the piece to be produced and the characteristic of the chemical system to be used (cream time), the required "pour" time and specific "out-put" can be defined. Therefore, there is a need to select the appropriate machine for your production.
The T series is available in versions T-3/2, T-7/2, T-15/2, T-30/2, T-60/2, T-100/2, and T-200/2 covering flows from 3 to 200 kg/min and covering various flows and applications.
