It is equipped with an air atomization gun (low pressure) with internal or external mixing, with optional kit for solvent, consisting of valve, hose and tank. It is intended for applying gel-coat on large surfaces with high material yield and labor savings.
Catalyst injector with a capacity of 5.5 liters atomizes the catalyst inside and has an out put from 10 to 180 cc/min and a 30 liter pressure tank for gel-coat supplies the gun.
It presents as a variable the Gel-Coat 180-Multi with the possibility of using different colors supplied through up to 4 gel-coat tanks of 8 liters, with different hoses for each color. Quick coupling system allows quick change of color to be applied without wasting time and material.
The Gel-Coat 180 W and Gel-Coat 180 W-Multi equipment are available versions, supplied without a trolley, for mounting against the wall.
